The WAKO IF Board, at its session on February 6^th, 2025, discussed the procedure for registering members - club and national membership, and made a detailed clarification.
That clarification (in attachment) becomes an integral part of the WAKO Rules.

Briefly:

a member (competitor, coach, referee or other official) can be a member of only one national federation,
it is not possible to be a member of a club that is a member of one national federation and at the same time a member of another national team,
transfer to another national federation is possible under the conditions prescribed in article 2.1.1.4. which now becomes 2.1.1.5.
all requests for transfer to another national federation with attached requested documents must be submitted to the WAKO Office,
the transfer of a member from one club to another within the federation is regulated by the national registration regulations,
all national administrators are invited to cancel all double registrations and to harmonize national registrations with the clarifications in the attachment.
